Spring 2026 Website Update

Latest Updates in Responsive Website Design

EasyBuildWeb continues to focus on creating clean, responsive websites that look professional on desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones. My goal is to make website design simple and approachable while still delivering layouts that are organized, modern, and easy to navigate. This semester I have continued improving my pages by refining my navigation, strengthening page structure, and using external CSS more effectively across the site.

One of the biggest improvements to the site has been consistency. The homepage, resume page, portfolio page, transcript page, and newsletter page now share the same banner, navigation, and footer. This creates a stronger brand identity and makes the website feel like one complete project instead of separate assignments. I have also spent time improving image quality, spacing, and the mobile layout so the site works better on smaller screens.

Building this site has helped me understand how semantic HTML, external CSS styling, and responsive design work together to create a more polished final product. Instead of only focusing on making a page function, I have learned how important visual consistency, readability, and user experience are when creating a professional website.

Featured Site Goals

  • Create responsive pages that adapt well on phones and desktops
  • Maintain consistent navigation, header, and footer sitewide
  • Use clean layouts that are easy to read and visually organized
  • Showcase my coursework and web development progress professionally

Going forward, I want EasyBuildWeb to keep improving as both a class project and a personal portfolio. I plan to continue refining the portfolio section, updating page content, and improving the overall visual presentation of the site. These updates will make the website stronger for class grading now and more useful later as an example of my work.
